The Lodge at Old Trail, a new Senior Living Community in Crozet, Virginia, was featured on "Real Estate Matters" radio this past Saturday.

Real Estate Matters, a real estate radio show on Charlottesville Radio Group's news/talk station WINA, featured Old Trail Village Saturday, June 23, 2011.  Primarily focusing on the new Senior Living Community The Lodge at Old Trail, Developer David Hilliard described the accessible, rental model that is a unique characteristic of the new facility.  Offering various levels of care, The Lodge at Old Trail is comprised of concierge apartments and various amenities within the facillty.  Scheduled to open in the Spring of 2012, The Lodge at Old Trail is already accepting reservations for residents.
