Financial news outlet CNBC ranked Virginia as the best place to do business.

Based upon the cost of doing business, workforce, quality of life, education and other metrics, CNBC again ranked the Commonwealth as the top location for business in the United States.  Having slipped to second place behind Texas, CNBC credited Virginia for easing the corporate tax burden.
