Despite local and national trends reflecting a sluggish real estate market, Old Trail Village is the top-selling community for new construction in the entire Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors (CAAR) Multiple Listing Service.

Old Trail Village was the focus of a report by local NBC29 reporter Henry Graff, released yesterday, 25 August 2010. The timing of this report was critical as national figures were released yesterday showing that new home sales are at their lowest point nationwide.  Old Trail Village, a Beights Corporation residential community, is experiencing record-breaking sales and growth.

With 51 sales so far this year and a gross sales volume of over $20 million, Old Trail Village continues to thrive as buyers seek community, amenities within walking distance, and quality construction.
