NBC29, the Charlottesville NBC affiliate, today reported that Old Trail Village home sales are significantly higher than in May of last year.

Journalist Henry Graff reported that the pace of residential home sales in Old Trail Village is significantly ahead of previous year's rates.  Sales of residential home products at or below $300,000 has far outstripped similarly-priced transactions in 2009.
