Mill Run Business Park and 17/66 Business Park have received an endorsement from the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors in support of their application for Foreign Trade Zone designation.

Both of Beights Corporation's major commercial developments in Fauquier County, Virginia, are in the process of applying for a Foreign Trade Zone designation.  The establishment of the FTZ designation for these commercial entities will allow businesses locating to the Northern Virginia/Greater Metro area of Washington, D.C. the opportunity to import materials necessary for their businesses under more favorable tariffs.

17/66 Business Park, located in Marshall, Virginia, has several tenants and site work is underway.  Mill Run Business Park recently received funding for construction of its first building, a warehouse condominium facility.  Mill Run Business Park is located in New Baltimore, Virginia, just off of Route 29.
