Beights Corporation has secured a $3.2M credit facility for the construction of a 42,000 square foot warehouse condominium at its Mill Run Business Park in Fauquier County, Virginia. Financing is being provided by the Bank of Essex; the transaction closed on April 7, 2010. Construction on the building will commence immediately and be completed by the end of this year.

Affiliate Beights Construction Company will serve as general contractor on the project, which is already 40% pre-sold to three local companies.  Remaining units range from 2,100 to 22,000 square feet and are available for purchase or lease. The property also offers opportunity for the lease or purchase of well-screened outdoor storage.
