Despite local and national trends reflecting a sluggish real estate market, Old Trail Village is the top-selling community for new construction in the entire Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors (CAAR) Multiple Listing Service.

The first wall is up at the office/warehouse condominium building in the Mill Run Business Park located just north of Warrenton, VA.

As of August 9, 2010, Old Trail Village is now the top-selling community for new construction in the CAAR MLS.

On Wednesday, August 3, 2010, Beights Corporation received affirmation of the Zoning Adminstrator's decision regarding Redfields, a Beights Corporation residential community.

Residential Sales in Old Trail Village remained strong through the Second Quarter of 2010, ending the period with a total of 41 sales since the start of the new year.

Beights Corporation has secured a $3.2M credit facility for the construction of a 42,000 square foot warehouse condominium at its Mill Run Business Park in Fauquier County, Virginia. Financing is being provided by the Bank of Essex; the transaction closed on April 7, 2010. Construction on the building will commence immediately and be completed by the end of this year.

Beights Corporation's Mill Run Business Park in Fauquier County, Virginia, has received a critical rezoning approval to allow an expansion of the Pepsi bottling plant as a part of the development.  Currently operating adjacent to the Mill Run site, Pepsi Cola Bottling of Central Virginia has long needed additional space to support their operations.
