Beights Corporation has secured a $3.2M credit facility for the construction of a 42,000 square foot warehouse condominium at its Mill Run Business Park in Fauquier County, Virginia. Financing is being provided by the Bank of Essex; the transaction closed on April 7, 2010. Construction on the building will commence immediately and be completed by the end of this year.
