This
planned residential community features 107 home sites, each being
a ½ acre. The 113 acres will provide all its future residents
with outstanding views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Prices of the
homes are to range from $300,000 to $400,000. In partnership with
the Albemarle County Service Authority, BDC is extending a 1-½
mile sewer line known as Biscuit Run through Mosby Mountain. Construction
is expected to begin this coming April.
